Marie Murphy has developed exercise and nutrition programs aimed at preventing the onset of cancer. Currently, she is implementing these programs as the Exercise Specialist for the Irish Cancer Society. Her work with the ICS focuses on preventing the recurrence of cancer in survivors of the disease. Marie led the first ICS Physical Activity Programme for Breast Cancer Survivors from September 2010 - January 2011, and a second study from March - December 2011. Below, you will find links to Marie's work, including a plethora of information on what you can do to keep your body healthy, and reduce your risk.
