MBS Fitness was founded by Coach Marie Murphy in
2002. Coach Murphy started MBS Fitness to provide an avenue
for the general public in Southern California to take charge of their
health and well-being through a balanced approach toward fitness. Coach Murphy's training philosophy is to integrate and utilize the mind, body
and soul of the people she trains to help them achieve their fitness goals.
By providing various programs to individuals at
multiple levels of fitness, MBS Fitness encourages all
individuals to improve their fitness levels and overall well-being.
With over 20 years as a professional athlete and 13 years as a coach, Coach
Murphy brings unparalleled experience and knowledge to
MBS Fitness.
Coach Murphy continues to compete as a professional athlete. She knows the
