I fell and scraped up my knee when running. It’s been sore for a few days, what should I do?

First if it is sore you should stop running. Depending on how sore you may be able to cross train while letting it heal. If the pain persists more than 3 days you should seek medical attention. Icing and elevating your knee will help greatly in the healing process. Remember it is best to be safe than sorry, so a little time off is better than having a minor injury becoming a major one.
